Details of Guarantee for Termite Baiting Systems
Should we fail to control the original termite infestation in your property as detailed in the recommended option in our proposal within the term of the initial proposal, we will refund you 100% of your original installation fee for the system, or, at your choice, treat your property by the application of a chemical barrier at no further cost to you, provided that you have given us unrestricted access to your property as detailed in our Proposal and also that you have not interfered with the baiting system in such a manner as to have materially reduced it’s effectiveness.

Details of Guarantee for Treatments other than
Termite Baiting Systems
- We will arrive at your property within the agreed time frame or if we fail to do so, we will discount your job price by 5%.
- We will send a uniformed technician who will confirm the details of your treatment and pricing before commencing work.
- We will take the utmost care of your home, family and pets.
- Where you have followed our recommendations for treatment, we guarantee to control your original pest infestation problem. If our recommended treatment does not control your original pest infestation problem, we will rectify the situation promptly and with a smile. If we fail to do so, we will refund your money.
- We will only use products which are registered by the appropriate authorities and we will apply these products in the correct manner.
